 Does my subscription membership come with free specialty courses

The Silver subscription payment earns you enough credits to take one specialty course for free ($299 value). If you subscribe quarterly you will earn enough credits to take three free courses ($897 value). The Bronze membership does not include any specialty course credits and they can be purchased for $99 ($299 value). You will instantly be awarded your credits as soon as your payment is processed. You may purchase additional credits to take more courses.

 What are the differences between the three membership options

All three membership options include full access to upcoming and previous biweekly interactive webinars, WellnessPlus Talks, PDF Resources, Insight Articles, Community Forum, Product Discounts and Cellcore Access. Specialty courses must be purchased with credits: the Silver Membership is billed monthly and receives credits to take one course monthly, and the Gold Membership is billed quarterly and receives credits for three Specialty Courses every quarter. Additional Specialty Course credits are available to all membership levels.

 Will I lose my account history if I pause my membership

You may pause your next subscription payment anytime from your profile page. This will allow you to take a break and come back and you will still be able to access any specialty courses you have purchased.

 Do you offer refunds

We do not offer refunds at this time, all purchases made are final. Please email support@drjessmd.com if you have any questions or concerns.

 How long do I have access to the courses, webinars and resource tools

As long as you are an active subscriber of the platform you will continue to have access to all of the content within the platform. If you pause you membership you still will be able to access courses you have purchased. You will not have access to any other features of the platform. If you choose to pause you membership you also will not be able to enroll in any new courses, but your credits will stay on account until you reactivate your membership.

 Will Dr Jess be able to answer my personal medical questions

Please understand that due to the nature of your membership in the Wellness Plus by Dr Jess MD platform, a practitioner-client relationship DOES NOT exist, therefore specific wellness advice cannot be given. General guidance has been prepared in the educational programs provided so that anyone can learn how to understand the protocols used in practice by Dr. Jessica Peatross. Furthermore you can visit our community forum and interact with other community members along with Dr Jess and other WellnessPlus Ambassadors. 

 If I do not use all of my credits do they expire

If you are not able to use your credits per quarter they will stay on account and they do not expire.
